RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

If your order consists of several goods that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the last good.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or post.

You may use the following wording, but it is not mandatory:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We shall make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or unless applicable law requires us to bear these costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, where the statutory requirements for excluding the right of withdrawal are fulfilled.

This may include certain products manufactured specifically according to individual customer specifications through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.

The exclusion does not apply merely because a product is manufactured using a print-on-demand service. If the product is a standard, non-personalized product that is simply produced after the customer places an order, the statutory right of withdrawal generally remains applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
